An open civic-intelligence utility for structured public listening. People answer in their own words and respond to each other’s statements; the analysis groups participants by how they actually answered, and shows where a community agrees and where it genuinely divides.
The instrument is built to be configured by whoever is doing the listening — a representative, a council, a community organisation — rather than by us.
Status: a working prototype, complete and paused. It is not collecting responses from the public at this time. The analysis pipeline has been validated against real Pol.is conversations, and the results of that check are published with the code.
